After extensive research, including travel to Japan, Korea and Russia, I have released this historical fiction novel that follows the lives of a North Korean physician and a US Army infantry officer from 1940-1950 as they fight a common war against Imperial Japan only to end up facing one another at the tragic battle of the Chosin Reservoir.
