“Sunflowers for Ukraine” announces the winner of their sunflower quilt raffle, drawn at the Tillamook Home and Garden Show. The winner is Elaine Emmons of Nehalem, pictured here with her prize. The hanging quilt was crafted and donated by Michelle Vinciguerra of Neahkahnie. It is signed on the back with a dedication to the children of Ukraine. The sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine. The North Coast fundraising team “Sunflowers for Ukraine” sends aid to Ukrainian children via Save the Children’s Ukraine campaign. Any donations are gratefully accepted.t is
