Yes, since you asked, Friends delivers flowers. That is Friends of North County Recreation District will deliver flowers in the local area – you pay for the flowers and we deliver for free!
Friends has a flower bouquet booth in Downtown Manzanita next to the Little Apple. Fresh flowers are delivered to this booth daily. Our goal is to get them there by 9 AM, but you must remember we have artists doing the arranging and we might be a few minutes late. Dahlia’s are now in their prime, so expect lots of those. You ask also, what does a bouquet cost? $5, 10, $15, and up depending on what you want. We have those three price points available 7 days a week and if you want something more expensive we can do that too. Don’t forget the Magical, Manzanita, $5 Monday where most, if not all bouquets are $5. You need to hurry if you want one on Monday as they go quickly. If you get to our booth in Manzanita, take a few minutes to look at the sign which shows our Fall planted, spring blooming bulbs-plus both amaryllis and paperwhites. Price sheets are attached to the reader board. Don’t want flowers, but want to support Friends, send checks to Friends of NCRD, PO Box 511, Nehalem, Or. 97131. We’ve already raised over $2,500 to support programs and projects, but we need to raise twice that amount . We do appreciate your help-especially helping the youth in our community. Many Many Thanks!
