TILLAMOOK, Ore.—The Salmonberry Trail Intergovernmental Agency (STIA) board will meet 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Nov. 14, 2022. The meeting will be held at the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) Office, 5005 3rd Street, Tillamook.
The meeting will begin with an overview of the proposed Barview to Garibaldi segment of the Salmonberry Trail, followed by a two-hour tour at 9:30 a.m. The public is invited to meet at the ODF office, follow the vehicles provided for board members, and join the tour at a stop between Garibaldi and Rockaway along U.S. 101.
The board will return to the Tillamook office for an executive session to discuss legal issues 11:30 a.m.- 12 p.m. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
The business meeting begins at 12:30 p.m. and will include a discussion of the Barview to Garibaldi trail segment and an update on the Salmonberry Trail Foundation. The business meeting includes time for public comment.
