Update – Modern sectional sofas for sale in Manzanita

Update – we had A LOT of interest in the sofas – more on the blue sectional. For the IKEA sleeper sectional … first $100 takes it. You can view it anytime – it’s in my house (currently staying at the vacation rental) on S. 4th Place. The blue All Modern sofa … make us an offer. Paid over $1,200 for it less than four years ago. It’s in our vacation rental next door that’s currently occupied. Can probably arrange a viewing and or pick up on Thursday or Friday of this week – needs to happen the same day. Dimensions for both are below. Three of the tufted buttons have come off the seat cushions (normal wear) … I have the buttons and backup buttons … just need a little DIY attachment and good to go. It’s in excellent condition.

Cannot edit prior For Sale posts. Yes – both are still available as of 9 am on 10/25. Like I said … sorry for the hassle but make us an offer on the blue one … it’s darn near brand new. If a strong offer comes in … I can talk/text with the guest next door and see if she’s agreeable for you to take a peak … we’ll send them on a walk down to the beach!

Both will break down into two pieces – the blue one is VERY easy. The sleeper sofa will take a bit more work – need to take off the back slip cover then detach the chaise part. Could possibly keep in one piece with two strong lads or ladettes taking out the front door or back slider. That unit can be viewed and picked up any time this week.
