Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga emphasizes ease of movement between postures with guided breath. Breathing techniques are integrated with moving meditation that improves flexibility and strength. It also creates a sense of mindfulness with freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Let go of tension by combining breath, meditating and movement. Gain strength, flexibility and openness through breath, movement and repetition by connecting yoga poses. Flowing and holding postures work to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Find release through stretches and guiderations that will leave you with a sense of calm.
