Tillamook’s Board of County Commissioners soon will consider adopting a new land use ordinance to allow accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on properties in residential zones located in unincorporated communities in Tillamook County. The public is invited to attend the second public hearing for the new ADU ordinance on Monday, January 30th, 9:00 am.
