Topic:
Change and growth plus a sprouting meditation with seeds to take home. Transforming the winters darkness.
We’ll begin with 10 min warm up and spouting meditation, the rest is free-form, ecstatic dance.
I also recommend a yoga mat if anyone wants for opening stretches and last song resting on floor.
