We’re curing beef brisket from Lance’s Farm Vittles and will be braising it with potatoes, cabbage & carrots and serving it with fresh horseradish crema, grain mustard, Irish Soda bread w/Irish whiskey butter and for dessert Bailey Chocolate Pot de Cremes.
