Please join us in voting for Erin Laskey for Director, Position 2 on the NCRD Board of Directors. Erin has stated that NCRD has been an important part of her family for four generations, beginning with her grandfather and continuing to her own children. From this long connection comes Erin’s motivation for NCRD’s continued success and growth. Erin learned to swim at the NCRD pool and now her own family is actively participating at activities at the NCRD. Continuity of NCRD’s culture and mission is so important for the Board, the Administration, and our community. Obviously, continuity and collaboration of Board and Administration at the critical time ahead of overseeing the construction of the pool is of prime importance. With her business experience, Erin is very motivated to support fiscally sound decisions. A very important aspect of the Board’s action in the next four years is not only its important role during pool construction, but the complex and very collaborative advisory responsibility in its monitoring role. That critical advisory and monitoring role means close involvement in overseeing all the factors necessary for successfully paying the bond holders who invested in NCRD’s new community pool. We see Erin as a fiscally responsible team player who will help continue the excellent work of the NCRD Board.
