Reminder that tomorrow, 7/25 is my yoga event at Dirty Bird’s garden center on the corner of Division and Manzanita St. in Manzanita at 8:30am-10:30am!
The first hour will be a yoga class (gentle, all levels!) followed by some guided meditation/visualization with sound bath! Come start your Tuesday morning sweetly, under the trees!
