Prepare Your Neighborhood is a grassroots effort to raise the level of preparedness among neighborhoods throughout the Nehalem Bay Region. “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” is the underlying principle of the PYN program. In the event of any major emergency or disaster, prepared neighborhoods will be more resilient because of their planning, shared resources, and ability to support one another.
