Does not come with any mounting attachments. It came off a wall mount and the wall mount is being reused for a new tv. I could not locate the old base stand. This one still works great. As far as I know, It was a year Vizio used the previous years LG components. Buttons on the side are acting up and hard to push just right. We solved this with a universal remote(included).
