If the idea of longevity interests you this club is for you! We’ll meet once a month to enjoy a potluck community meal and discuss the habits that typically produce centenarians or at least add good years to one’s life and good life to one’s years. We’ll also do some easy qigong and possibly a post meal walk or easy hike – optional.
