Flow To Grow~ A Winter Illumination Event
We’ll have all 3 elements in place necessary for our winter seed selves to germinate what we’re growing in the coming seasons:
Water: fascial release/lymphatic pumping floor exercises to open and move the waters of our bodies.
Oxygen: Singing bowls, toning, exercise, dancing
Warmth: Tea, Cacao, Creativity / Vision Boards, comfortable community.
10:00 Welcome: Opening singing bowl circle: Bring and play your own singing bowl, or be serenaded by ours.
Followed by fascial release/lymphatic pumping floor exercises by Libby Golden
11:00 Free-Form Ecstatic Dance with Fae
12:00 Cacao/Tea Circle
12:15 Vision Board with Kelly Seaton
End at 1:00

Singing Bowls
Yoga Mat
Journal
Vision board inspiration material and your favorite art supplies.
What is supplied: Tea and Cacao. Vision board, art supplies etc.
