Cannon Beach Arts Association (CBAA) is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Education Coordinator.
This position plays a pivotal role in the organization by developing and implementing art education programs for children and young adults within the community.
Responsibilities:
Design and organize art classes, workshops, and Summer Art Camp for various age groups.
Collaborate with local schools and youth organizations to promote art education initiatives.
Recruit and manage art instructors and volunteers for youth programs.
Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for participants.
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of youth education programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in art education, fine arts, or related field recommended.
Prior experience in teaching, curriculum development, or program coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A genuine passion for fostering creativity and artistic expression in young individuals.
Familiarity with diverse art mediums and techniques.
