I’m hosting ecstatic dance at the Grange in Nehalem. We’ll use qigong and massage to support our liver and gallbladder channels before we dance to a lifting elemental playlist supporting release and healthy growth. Ecstatic dance is free form movement inspired by your bodies divine wisdom and inevitably by the movement of the community around you. Feels great! Safe space. Healthy boundaries. Come as you are. Kids welcome free.
Saturday March 23rd 3-6pm
Flow to Grow: A spring revival movement and art event at the Grange.
I’ll share facial/lymphatic pumping to unstick our sedentary winter bodies opening the pathways of elimination and flow. There will be an ecstatic dance playlist by Fae Scott and springtime vision boarding with Kelley Seaton.
Sunday March 24th 11:00-1:30 at NorthFork53 in Nehalem. Spa Therapies that Heal.
A women’s steam sauna with focus on breast health including skin brushing, kelp clay mineral mask, cold plunge option and Breast Friend massage oil blend plus after sauna tea and refreshment.
There’s an opportunity to join us for dance at the Grange afterward from 2-3:30 for Intro to Belly Dance American Tribal Style with Star Misner making for a very special women’s wellness sacred Sunday.
