we thought this friendly Border Collie belonged to visitors but 2 people contact us saying he has been seen running around Wheeler and possibly belongs to a crew of Landscape . If anyone knows this crew would you let them know that a collar with contact would make it easier for all who is concerned for this dog. We could let them know that their dog is at our house safe .
