We are so excited to announce our inaugural Women’s+ North Coast Summer Solstice Workshop!
~ Illuminating Desire ~
Lara and Tenisha will be joining forces to help you gently unearth desires for the next phase of your journey.
Lara will lead the group through individual and group flow practices, breathwork and intuitive journaling.
Tenisha will deepen our offering with somatic sensing, visualization practices and a safe environment to titrate towards what you really want.
Come illuminate your summer season with us as we celebrate aliveness amidst nature through the wholeness of our beings.
