As an introduction, my name is Tyler. I primarily work as an environmentalist / conservationist along the coast (primarily in Cannon Beach). You might have actually seen me delivering wildlife + geological lectures there. When I am not teaching in the tidepools or working in the forests to aid in managing invasive species, I am privately teaching music theory / composition, as well as flying commercial drones (via geological surveys or real-estate)!

AirBnB, FurnishedFinder, and other rental platforms have been aggressively pushing its hosts to provide aerial photos for a more modern allure, insisting that it will drive up both rental and retention rates.
I have commercially licensed and can assure you that all local laws will be adhered to. According to DJI’s globally released (annual) statistics, I have remained in the top 1% of “most time spent in air” across the entire globe’s database of pilots.
