ANDY DAVIS FOR STATE REPRESENTATIVE
Ballots arrive in mid-October and the election is a big one. Beyond the presidential race, we have the opportunity to win back our local House seat. My friend Andy Davis is running to be Oregon House Representative for District 32, Clatsop and Tillamook.
Andy is a longtime community leader and volunteer. In his work and civic life he deals with budgets, agencies and challenging problems. He will make an outstanding legislator who will serve all Oregonians.
For more details on Andy’s campaign: www.davis4oregon.com/
The seat is currently held by Republican Cyrus Javadi. Javadi is anti-choice, and signed a letter supporting Texas Gov. Abbott’s extreme anti-immigrant policies. He also failed to show up for a number of votes in the last legislative session. He is not a moderate and does not represent me or many of you I suspect.
I know Andy and have great respect for him. Andy is a Democrat and a city councilor in Astoria. He served on the Clatsop County budget committee and comprehensive plan update committees. He is focused on affordable housing and healthcare for everyone. He is responsible, responsive and a man of integrity.
Please join me in helping Andy Davis get elected by taking a few easy steps: – Check out his website. www.davis4oregon.com/ Share it with friends. – Follow him on Facebook, invite your friends to follow him, and share to your page. Share, like and comment on posts. www.facebook.com/people/Andy-Davis-for-Oregon/61565456467199/ – Donate. He is already being outspent (have you seen the ads and mailings?!) and cannot win without mailings and other costly campaign strategies. – Volunteer by signing up on the website. Host a house party, put up signs, write a letter to the editor, knock on doors. – Vote EARLY for Andy Davis. Ballots are due by 11/5 but it is best to vote in the first 2 weeks after ballots arrive (saving campaigns lots of time and $).
Thanks for your help electing a thoughtful, hard working, reliable Representative and winning back our Oregon House Seat. carol
