Ms. Sarah Absher, CBO, CFM, Director, Tillamook County Community Development will be a guest at the Port of Nehalem Commissioners’ Meeting Wednesday, October 23, 2024, to discuss updates to the Bi-Op Oregonians for Floodplain Protection.
