Guided Forest Therapy Walk at Wanderland Rainforest – Thurs November 7th

Experience the magic of a PNW rainforest on this guided forest therapy walk. Forest Therapy was Inspired by the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing (or Shinrin-yoku), a mindfulness practice that invites you to immerse yourself in the forest through your senses (sight, sound, smell and touch).

Forget the rush and the stress of everyday life. It’s time to slow down, reconnect, and rejuvenate your mind and body.

After our walk, we will gather for tea and sharing. Participants emerge feeling lighter, stress-free, and deeply connected to the world around and within them. Join me in this experience where nature becomes your therapy!

Location: Wanderland Rainforest, Nehalem Oregon
Cost: By donation only (100% of donations go toward the care and maintenance of the forest)
No dogs – Please leave furry friends at home
