North Coast Neighbors!
You are invited to celebrate the Solstice with 108 sun salutations and a sound bath at the beautiful Astoria Arts and Movement Center in Astoria. Community teachers will be guiding the class. Chairs and bolsters will be offered for those who don’t want to do all of the yoga, but want to enjoy the sound bath. 11:30 am- 1:30 pm Saturday December 21st. $20-40 donation suggested.
