On the coast we have many different types of weather events: flooding, tornados, ice storms, power outages, a hurricane, and possibly some day an earthquake/tsunami.
We may not like to think about these events happening here, but we do need to think about being prepared for emergency situations.
When we are prepared as neighborhoods, as coastal communities, we can help each other and be less stress on our emergency responders.
Register for either of the upcoming WaSH classes and learn about water sourcing, water filtration, water storage, and sanitation & hygiene practices that will aid you during weather events and natural disasters.
