2. Working session to review the Health District’s 2019, five year strategic plan and begin to develop an updated plan
– The session will be facilitated by Dr. Margaret
Banyan of Portland State University

Session II: 3:00pm – 4:30pm
Health District board members will reconvene with leadership of the Nehalem Valley Care Center and the Nehalem Bay Health Center and Pharmacy to discuss the District’s strategic plan and explore opportunities for cross-organizational engagement.
