I am facilitating a Sacred Scream Session tomorrow morning, 10 AM – this will be a sacred container for you to express your heavy emotions that are bubbling up within your bodies – to be released.
Screaming not required – but gently encouraged.
We will meet up at the end of Laneda and move onto the beach for ceremony
