NEHALEM BAY FOODIES is all about our gastronomic paradise – our North Oregon Coast. This is a pilot edition as we are seeking a host to present a weekly program focused on the creative prep of local fish, veg and meats. To get things rolling we have an instructional clip by a local legend-Karla Steinhauser from Karla’s Smoke House in Rockaway. She has passed but her wonderful spirit lives on!
