Mark your calendars–We will be dancing every Thursday 6:30 warm up/set up
7:00-8:30 Dance st
at the White Clover Grange on HWY53
$5-$10 donations Hosted by Spirit Dance
This week: Thursday October 20th Libby Golden DFB instructor & trainer will be hosting our weekly dance gathering as a Dancing For Birth class 7:00-8:30 at the White Clover Grange. $5-$10 cash donation.
All are welcome: preconception, pregnant, postpartum, anyone in a creative process or rebirth/healing for themselves. Anyone in support of bringing forth life and new energy in an empowered fashion. No dance experience needed. Two left feet? no problem, we’ve got your back! Nature designed us perfectly to be creative and birth well! We will stomp, sway and shimmy our way to better birth for all.
We love kids seeing/being part of the village dance as they want to–babes in arms are welcome in class (baby wearing) as well as little ones. Parent simply needs to mind little walkers/dancers.
Feel free to bring something to add to the altar–perhaps something that reminds you of your own birthing story into this world.
We especially wanted to hold this class now as we know two women about to give birth in our community (are there more?!) and wanted to hold a special dance blessing for them. A special invite to you and your birth team, or feel our blessing from the valley to you.
