Restore, reflect, warm, envision:
Wearing dark colors, black or dark blue, join us to honor our need for movement within the seasonal wisdom of nourishing our deepest yin energies in the water element.
30 minutes / reflective meditation, healing movements that address yin restoration and a group circle dance fostering gentle connection to balance these dark times that can feel isolating.
30-45 minutes / ecstatic dance to yin nourishing music following our individual bodies while and inviting movements we just went over with final moments intended for laying on the floor, so bring a yoga mat if you wish to have a buffer. I’ll have two extra if there’s need.
Spring energies are coming, so taking the time to deeply nourish while the season is still present will help us be ready when spring waves arise.
