We are back to our regular scheduled Thursday evening Ecstatic Beach Dance!!
6-8pm
$10-$20 donation

***You must rsvp each week! (to reserve your ipodnano and headphones—can use your own headphones, but they just have to have the old round connector)***

We’ll meet at the north end of the Y near the cars between 6-6:15 then head down to a good dancing spot together.
Dances start at 6:30. Finishes by 8
The week’s playlist is either by Denise, Fae, Libby or friends!
This is a perfect space to bring your hula hoops, flow toys, etc.

Dance Etiquette/Tips:
*All are welcome – Family friendly events – Come as you are.
*Bring a water bottle and layers.
*Bring kindness and respect for yourself and others and your willingness to explore and to dive into the ecstasy of spirit available through movement.
