The Nehalem Valley Historical Society will be host to Mark Beach this Saturday from 1:00-4:00. Mark is our local historian and the author of “Logging Oregon’s Coastal Forests”. The book will be available and Mark can answer your questions about the book and other topics of local history. Mark’s knowledge is vast. He is also the author of “Manzanita, Nehalem and Wheeler.” NVHS is still experiencing difficulties with the card reader so all sales will be in cash. The book is $25. If you saw the video and didn’t get the book or Mark’s signature, this is your opportunity.
