Friday 10am Yoga at St. Catherine’s Church Nehalem

Submitted By: aprilclarkyoga@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
This Friday we start back up with Friday morning yoga at St. Catherine’s church space in Nehalem.
This class is all-levels and will meet every Friday morning on an ongoing basis. This is my “yoga to connect to yourself as part of nature” class, so we’ll incorporate some primal yoga/intuitive movements as well as traditional yoga shapes. It is an active class but not fast-paced.
You can drop-in or sign up online at AprilClarkYoga.com.
If you pay cash at the door it’s $20, and if you pay online it’s $22. I have 5-class passes and 10-class passes available online that bring the price down a bit. I also want all of my classes to be accessible to anyone who wants to practice yoga, so if the price is limiting or a stretch for you at all just show up and pay what you can. No questions asked.
Looking forward to practicing with you all this Friday morning, and for many Fridays to come!

Let’s talk

Tired of angry, divisive politics? Let’s try this, getting together for civil conversations about the things that matter to us. I’m looking for “reds”, “blues” and “in-betweens”. Let’s get together on Zoom and see where we end up. My hope is that we’ll have a better understanding of each other. I’m anxious to talk about the book, “Talking Across the Divide”. Ground rules are very simple. (1.) Everybody brings their best manners. (2.) Nobody talks for more than 4 minutes at a stretch. (3.) Nobody comes to win an argument or change anybody’s mind. (4.) Listening is more important than talking.
