Roommate and I are looking for a third roomie! The space is a 3 bdrm 2 bath house, with a back deck, one car garage. Security deposit, first, and last is $1,575 then rent split 3 ways is $525 each month after. Water and garbage are taken care of but electricity will also be split amongst us.

Who we are looking for : preferably a single reliable female with no pets or kids (no offense to the children).

This is a great spot for ‘STORING ONLY’. Space for storing is only for your RV, trailer, boats, campers, kayaks, canoes and vehicles. If you are planning on doing an extended vacation without your recreational vehicle’s or possibly snowbirds this ‘storage spot only’ is really convenient. This is outside in my yard and unlocked therefore it’s your responsibility to properly lock and secure. I assume no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles left on the property.
This is storage for parking spots ‘only’. NO ‘living’ in while parked and stored.
I own the property and live here full-time. The street and neighborhood is crime free. All immediate neighbors have cctv cameras around their homes, property and premises.
