The MN12CES 12,000 BTU Honeywell Portable Air Conditioner combines 3-in-1 technology into one compact body, cooling and dehumidifying areas up to 450 sq. ft. It features an environmentally friendly refrigerant, auto evaporation system, a reliable dehumidifying function as well as a traditional three-speed, fan-only function. The MN12CES is a convenient portable air conditioner that delivers optimum cooling, dehumidification and fresh ventilation.

The full-function remote control allows you to operate each feature from across the room. Unlike a fixed air conditioner unit, the Honeywell Portable Air Conditioner requires no permanent installation and the smooth-gliding caster wheels provide easy mobility from room to room. What’s better than a comfortable chair, for watching your favorite sports, or reading a good book. I have a great chair for that. USA made Rowe chair with a removeable slipcover to freshen up when in need.
The slipcover is made of a quality cotton twill and is easy to launder. The measurements are arm to arm 38″the height of the chair with the cushion is 37,” the seat is 23 wide and 28 deep. Nice and lightly used rug runner. Soft material with semi-grippy backing. Used literally a handful of times. Around 8’x 2′. $10.

Push lawn mower. Not used many times, less than 2 dozen. In excellent shape but the blade could stand to be sharpened. $15.

Large Antique milk can-Copper

I LOVE this old copper milk can. I’ve had it for more than 30 years. But it just doesn’t vibe with my current interior goals in my new little house.
Yes, it needs a proper polish and I’m not up to doing it.
I can’t remember what I paid for it but it was likely a few hundred dollars. I looked online and though I can’t find the exact model, most of them were 300$-500$

I’ll let her go for 100$ to someone who just knows it would look cool in their home.
