For sale $50 — light beige linen-like fabric couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. It pulls out from the front and then the back folds down. Storage for bedding inside. Pretty comfortable (no bar in your back!) although we used a foam topper to make it softer. Queen sheets fit best.

Dimensions as a couch: 78”l x 38”d x 32”h at back of couch. 18” seat
Dimensions unfolded: 78”l x 56”w x 18” h
For reference a queen mattress is 80”l x 60” w

Good condition from non-smoking home.

THIS weekend July 29th & 30th, 0800- 1500, 10550 Meadow Lark Lane, Nehalem; look for neon yellow signs and an orange house.
We have some lil clothes and shoes 3mo- 4T, a few adult clothes W S/M and M L/XL, a smattering of toys, household decor, goods and appliances, children and adult books, workout equipment, plant pots, and our sale is complete with “make me an offer” table.

I have a beautiful piece of furniture for sale, a hand-carved wood cabinet. 22″ wide, 12 3/4″ deep, 27″ high. It has two doors that open to reveal shelving inside and a shallow drawer as well. It has carved lattice detail on the doors and a blue and white washed finish. I am asking $125 for this. No negotiating on price. The piece is in excellent condition and has sentimental value. The sale will be on Southpoint Drive off Miami Foley Rd. In fact, several families in the Foley Creek development will have yard sales. You are bound to find something you like.
