WE STILL HAVE INFRARED SAUNA RENTAL AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK BY APPOINTMENT- ONLY $25/30 Minutes- What a Deal!
Thank you to ALL who have supported this offering the last 3.5 years! We plan to continue to keep this service available and affordable for all.

****Music on the Porch – a community open Jam is this FRIDAY, the 3rd- 6PM – Bring your instruments and let’s make music together – THIS IS A FREE COMMUNITY EVENT OPEN TO ALL

***Community Game Night is Saturday the 11th at 6PM – bring your own favorite game or play one of ours- FREE COMMUNITY EVENT OPEN TO ALL

***Healing Sound Bath with Christy Kay is SATURDAY the 19th at 6PM- NOTICE THE DAY AND TIME CHANGE – only $25/person

*****NEW****COMMUNITY ART STUDIO – SUNDAY the 26th 4-6PM – please join us for ROCK PAINTING! – $10 suggested donation- NO ONE TURNED AWAY, contact Christy for more info – let’s create!!

***Community Drum Circle is TUESDAY the 28th at 6PM – bring your percussion instruments and journey to the rhythm- $5 LOVE donation

Driving home recently, he returned.

Tom

He always wore a sparkly hat,

a star atop the xmas tree.

So many Fridays, often warm days,

meeting at the open marketplace,

I would lay my head on his shoulder.

Silence would gather around us.

Such a heart maker, pain in the ass,

I tell you, we loved him so.

Car charging cord for Electric vehicle. You can try to put it into your gas tank but not recommended.
Surge protector with backup battery thing to protect your stuff when the power goes out. You wouldn’t want to lose that important BBQ post halfway written about your political views.
Cooler. It’s blue and has wheels. It’s nifty for when you have some stuff you want to keep cool and don’t want to throw your back out.

to the BBQ community,

Manzanita News & Espresso has brought back seating, 8 stools at the counter.

there is a 40″ brown table that sits on center support, seats 4-6 people. if anyone wants it, come to the shop and let them know.

it’s not available until new shelves are built, but it would be great if we knew where it was going, and could leave on the same day the shelves are installed.

this table has been in use at MNE a long time–it has community history.

When Peace Accords

At the end of distances,

grateful beyond words,

a smile blesses the unseen.

I rise in darkness, eager

to awaken, to gladly join

the arriving light.

When peace accords

all sorrow and joy

diffuse on a timeless

palette, notes for songs

the trees will welcome,

each word, a whale

breaking the surface,

spray of an offshore wind.

Buff Orpington, Dominique, Ameraucana, Rhode Island Reds and one Ameraucana / Silver Grey Dorking mix. They are fully mature except for the Dorking/Ameraucana mix who is about 14 weeks old. They are ready to make babies ( except the mixed breed ) or go straight to your stew pot. I simply have too many Roosters right now and not enough time to butcher them out.

Singing to heal, nurture, open the way…

Newly forming chapter of Threshold Choir (www.thresholdchoir.org)

We gather and sing to heal ourselves and our community…we train to sing for those at the thresholds of life and death.

Whatever level you feel called to participate, we welcome your quiet energy…your resounding spirit…your soothing voice.

We currently gather (in person) once per month on 2nd Tuesdays, 6:00-6:45pm to practice giving/receiving healing through song, learning from the Threshold Choir Repertoire (in both English and Spanish).

For those who wish to stay later to sing with the St. Catherine’s Community *Song Circle*, they begin at 7pm, and all are welcome.
