If anyone out there still needs tomato plants, I have about a dozen left over that I can’t use. You are welcome to them. I also have a couple of summer squash plants and a lot of stock (fragrant annual flower). All were started from seed in my greenhouse and are healthy plants.

EXCELLENT COMPOST/MULCH

Submitted By: sheila.bayside@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Dry Straw with some aged duck poop and duck feather molt mixed in. I am told by the organic vegetable farmer that used to get it from me that it is superb for the 60% brown material that compost piles need. Or it can be used as a mulch.

The person who appreciated it in the past has moved out of the area. I am looking for someone to haul this batch away. Location is Bayside Gardens/Nehalem. A pickup can be driven close to where you will load it. I have a wheelbarrow available to use if you have a small pickup and boards for a ramp. A small pickup bed is adequate to hall it.

Load and haul it away and it is yours for free. My two ducks were taken in broad daylight by an unknown predator seven months ago so the material should be dry and easy to load since it is in their duck house and not exposed to weather.

Candle Wax & Various Glass Containers: Will You Take Mine?

Submitted By: dldoktor@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Greetings. I purchase and subsequently burn candles daily typically contained in glass from various local retailers like Fred Meyer, Fresh Foods, sometimes TJ Maxx, et al. At the candles’ terminus, my use for their remaining wax or glass containers is expended. They accumulate regularly! If you are a candle maker, know of someone who is, or perhaps would derive benefit or pleasure from these used waxy/glassy items, I can gladly deliver them on occasion if you dwell locally in the vicinity of Manzanita/Rockaway. Peace, David
