Hi everyone. My family is new to Nehalem and I’m looking for a caregiver/cna/rn for a very occasional side gig of looking after a senior. My mom is bedridden and we take care of her in home and can only leave her alone for very short periods of time. Very occasionally (a few times a year) my husband and I need some time to attend events together and are looking for someone who could be in the home with Mom. Duties would mainly be just to be nearby, getting drinks and food for her. Less likely duties could include helping her roll onto a bedpan, emptying of a catheter bag. Do you have a dishwasher that needs rehoming? My $600 dishwasher quit washing. Fills with water and then, nothing! No warranty, only 1.5 years old! Would like to find something decent without paying that kind of money. Looking to spend around $100.

I have a 19′ x21′ interior heated room that needs to be painted, inclusive of walls, ceiling and window trim. It is already primed. The floor is just a subfloor that will eventually have flooring installed over it so there is not a need not be meticulous about ceiling drips.
I need to have this done ASAP before a scheduled flooring installer arrives.

Greetings!
I have a propane leak at my RV. An RV repair man said I had no leak, but hours after hooking the propane up, the alarm went off again. People have also smelled propane at my house.

Tomorrow I have a propane leak detector coming to find it. If anyone has experience sealing propane lines in an RV, your services would be appreciated! I work till 6pm.
