I am looking for someone to please help me find out why my lawn mower wont start.
I took it up to the barn and put it away nicely. Had a newer battery. Tried to start it and it would not. I bought a new battery, a new fuse, and the wiring was done about 2 years ago. So what gives?? Ugh… it’s always worked before.
Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

Up until now, I have been renting via a monthly lease in Seaside thanks to FurnishedFinder (primarily for travel nurses). Unfortunately my landlords have informed me that they are experiencing a family emergency and will need the space for the remainder of the year to house their daughter and granddaughter.
With that, I am frantically looking for housing in the area, especially of which might come furnished. I am searching for a private bedroom, tiny home, etc. for the month of May so that I may look for long-term housing for the remanding of the year.
I have a large number of positive references, from AirBnB, to long-term rentals on Furnished Finder (including my current landlords), to a number of colleagues from Cannon Beach’s City Hall. You can also find my bio and title on HRAP’s website 🙂
Thank you for reading my post!
We’re guessing that there is someone out there in BBQ-land who has more experience in this realm than we do. Maybe you already use the Squarespace platform for your own website, and you have used Substack. Or possibly you just have a knack for computers and websites.
If you are that computer-handy person who also has a heart for the White Clover Grange, and a willingness to volunteer your skills, please send me an email!
Thank you,

Writing Alive! Workshops, rooted in The Amherst Method, supports the writing process by emphasizing the good. First draft writing enlivened by an experimental, free approach can soar beyond previous bounds. Knowing the good in our work will be found and celebrated, seen and heard, helps us take necessary risks and learn from the expression of our best.
Each workshop is prompt-based, with 2-4 opportunities to write and read aloud in each workshop, for every writer. Writers always have the option to pass — no one is forced to read prematurely. Writers may bring their own work-in-progress and use the dedicated writing time in the workshop to advance their own goals. Writers work at their own level of experience and may write in many different genres during a single 5- or 10-week period. All genres are welcome.
Some craft exercises are included. Most prompts offered are poems or prose passages written by contemporary or long-standing established writers; writings from philosophers or spiritual teachers associated with varied paths to understanding. We endeavor, as writers, to stretch ourselves into uncomfortable territories. Support and positive feedback assist us to do this.
