Sennheiser Wireless Headphones

Sennheiser Wireless Headphones

www.cnet.com/reviews/sennheiser-rs-180-review/ “The Sennheiser RS 180 wireless headphones’ sound is competitive with similarly priced wired headphones, so you can ditch the wire without ditching good sound.”

These wireless headphones were originally, $329.95 and are truly high quality. The sound is amazing and the quality of construction is equally amazing. Each headphone speaker is individually powered by rechargeable batteries that the stand charges while headphones are not in use. Since the headphones speakers are independently powered, the sound from portable devices; iPod, iPad, iPhone, Galaxy, etc is great!
Please understand that these are NOT bluetooth enabled headphones. The base unit must be connected to a source and will transmit to the headphones via 2.4ghz radio signals. Yeah they’re old school, but really worth a look.
I’m asking only $25 dollars, hoping they will find a good audiophile home.

Fire Mountain School Welcoming Applications for Fall

Submitted By: firemountainschool@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Dear Community,

Fire Mountain School is still accepting applications through April 7th for fall enrollment in the school’s pre-K through 5th Grade classrooms.

For 40 years, Fire Mountain School has nurtured N. Coast children by providing a joyful, place-
based learning experience for students to develop a positive sense of themselves, come to
see learning as an ongoing, joyful and self-initiated quest, and come to know themselves as
interactive participants in the wider natural, social, and practical world.

The school is located in the community of Falcon Cove, nestled in a rainforest setting
adjoining the northern boundary of Oswald West State Park, above the Cape Falcon Marine
Reserve.

Families are invited to learn more and apply online at firemountainschool.org.

For additional questions or information, please contact firemountainschool@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing from you.

Letter of support for Marc Johnson

Submitted By: meganliz@nehalemtel.net – Click to email about this post
(I neglected to sign this letter when I first posted it. With my apologies, here is a re-posting.)

There are some election choices that are clear from the start, and that’s the case with the re-election of Marc Johnson to the board of the Nehalem Bay Health District.

There’s no particular need for me to review Marc’s well-known qualifications. They speak for themselves: Board President of the Health District, President of the North Tillamook Library Board, active worker for all sorts of essential organizations, including EVCNB. It was Marc who, in partnership with Senators Wyden and Merkley, secured $3 million in federal funding to help build a new healthcare center, renovate the skilled nursing facility, and plan for workforce housing.

Marc Johnson has been at the center of all this. And it makes sense to keep him at this center while these visionary goals are being realized. I know Marc to be clear-sighted, collegial, persistent, courageous, and utterly committed to bringing the best possible healthcare to all people in the Nehalem Bay community.

No more needs to be said. We will re-election Marc Johnson. It’s just common sense.

Respectfully,
Liz Cole
